A really good first yera

Everything is nice about the complex. The only thing is the maintenance team does not seem very responsive. We have asked for our outside fence to be replaced for a while now and it still has not been replaced. It is falling apart and some boards have actually fallen.

Parking for visitors is very limited. Some residents dont park in there garages they park 2-3 cars on the street taking up guest parking

Review

Maintenance takes a while to respond. We have wanted our fence replaced for a while now and it has not been done. The wood is old and falling apart and the nails are coming off.

Cozy Comfort

I enjoy living where I do. While I really do no have any amenities it is one of the nicest and safest places to live in my area. I am thankful to have a garage and I am thankful I never have to worry about safety anymore.
